“At Happy Valley Foodland we have just completed a major refurbishment of the shop, including completely replacing all refrigeration, flooring, lighting, ceilings, most shop fittings & expanding the shop by an extra 235 square metres. This was our biggest refurbishment since 1996. We engaged DBR to manage the project & from early on realised this was a good choice. DBR were very good at understanding our requirements & budgets associated with the refurbishment. With a project such as this one, it was not viable to cease trading, & DBR completely understood & helped manage the project to have the least impact on both our customers & staff. With so many people exposed to the goings on of a refit, DBR were also professional in ensuring the safety of customers, staff & trades on site. With so many trades on site at any given time it is important to have good communication with all parties concerned, & DBR were terrific in this area.
